About 60 days ago an investigative probe was launched at an Air Force bunker in Fort Bliss, Texas, revealing radioactive alpha and beta particles on the bunker floor. The excuse is an enigmatic, “... it was lost in the loop”, something that, if you are 'in the loop' nothing gets lost. Maybe this was one of those military SNAFU loops, where everyone's got one and they all think it's the same one, but there are an infinite number of loops like there are universes...
